Reminders & notifications

Customize the reminder message

Write your own reminder text with placeholders for the name, date, time, service and price — the app fills them in for every client.

Pro Updated Sep 18, 2026

The default reminder is polite and short:

Hi {name}! Just a reminder about our appointment on {date} at {time}. See you!

Your version can carry your name, your address, your cancellation rule.

Steps

  1. Open Settings → Clients reminders → Reminder message (on Android: Settings → Notify clients → Reminder message). On iPhone you can also tap the message inside the Notify client sheet.
  2. Write the text. Insert the placeholders Name, Date, Time, Service and Price — they become {name}, {date}, {time}, {service}, {price} and are replaced for each client.
  3. Check the Preview, then save. Reset brings the default back.

Message language (iPhone)

Under the template, Message language decides how the date, time and price are written in the message — so a client who reads English gets “16 June at 11:00 AM” even if your app runs in another language.

Good to know

  • Editing the template is part of Pro. Without it the editor is read-only and every reminder uses the default text in the app’s language — sending is free either way.
  • Keep it short for SMS; a long template still works, but in messengers a short one gets read.
  • The template is stored on the phone, not synced — set it on each device.
