Data & backup How do I transfer my data to a new iOS device?
Open Settings → Data and Storage → "Transfer your data" and follow the on-screen instructions. Everything — clients, bookings, income, settings — moves over to the new device. -
Data & backup How do I restore from a backup?
Settings → Data and Storage → "Backup". From there you can restore from a file (one you saved earlier) or from iCloud. When iCloud is enabled and available, we automatically keep the 3 most recent backups for you. -
Data & backup I lost my data — what now?
This can only happen when your device storage was very low and iOS removed app data to free space. If iCloud backups were enabled, your latest backups are still in Settings → Data and Storage → Backup and can be restored from there. To prevent this in future, keep your device in a healthy storage state — delete unused apps and large files when storage runs low. -
Reports I need a report on my bookings or income
Reports are generated from the app's Settings — pick a date range and choose what to include. The report opens in the iOS Share Sheet, so you can save it, print it, or send it by email. -
Bookings How do I edit or cancel a booking?
Tap the booking in the Bookings list or on the Calendar. The detail screen has Edit at the top and a Delete option at the bottom. Deleting also removes its income entry. -
Bookings How do I move a booking to a different day or time?
Open the booking and tap Edit. Change the date or time, then Save. The reminder is rescheduled automatically. -
Notifications Why aren't I getting booking reminders?
First, check iOS Settings → Notifications → My Clients and confirm notifications are allowed. Then in the app: Settings → Reminders, confirm a default reminder time is set. If reminders still don't appear, restart the app and create a new test booking. -
Notifications How do I change when reminders fire?
Settings → Reminders → "Default reminder time". Pick anywhere from 30 minutes up to 1 day before each visit. Existing bookings keep their original reminders; new bookings use the new default. -
Subscription How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → My Clients → Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
