Export and import CSV
Get every appointment out as a spreadsheet, or bring appointments in from the other platform or another app — with duplicate handling.
CSV is the plain, open format every spreadsheet reads. It is how data moves between the iPhone and Android versions, out to Excel or Numbers, and in from whatever you used before.
Export
- iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Export CSV, choose the date range, Generate CSV, then share the file.
- Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Export CSV data, tap Export, then Save to the phone or Share.
The columns, in order: Date, Time, Client Name, Phone, Type (the service), Duration (min), Price, Prepay, Notes. The iPhone file also has Username (the Instagram or Telegram handle) and Tip. Dates are written as 2026-06-16, times as 11:00, amounts without a currency symbol.
Import
- iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Import Data → From Android or Another App → Import from CSV.
- Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Import CSV data → Select CSV File.
The file needs at least a date column and a name column (Android: date and time); everything else is optional. Column names are matched loosely — “Client”, “Name” or “Client Name”; “Service”, “Type” or “Procedure”; “Deposit” or “Prepay”; “Minutes” or “Duration” — and dates in the common formats (2026-06-16, 16.06.2026, 06/16/2026) are understood.
Then choose what to do with what is already there:
- Skip Duplicates — an appointment with the same date, time and name is not added twice. The safe default.
- Add All — import everything, even if it already exists.
- Replace — delete all existing appointments first. The app asks twice; on iPhone it warns again if iCloud Sync is on, because the deletion syncs too.
Good to know
- Android caps the file at 10 MB — years of appointments fit comfortably.
- A CSV made on iPhone imports on Android and the other way round; the Tip and Username columns are dropped on Android.
- Personal reminders (iPhone) are not exported — only client appointments are.
