Send appointments to Google Calendar
Appointments you create can be added to a calendar on your phone — Google or any other account — so they show wherever that calendar does.
Android onlyPro Updated Sep 18, 2026
The app writes to the calendars already on your phone. If your Google account is there, the events reach Google Calendar on every device.
Steps
- Open Settings → Appointments → Google Calendar.
- Turn on Sync appointments to calendar and allow calendar access.
- Pick the calendar to write to. If no writable calendar exists, the app creates a local one called Clients appointments.
- Tap Sync existing appointments to add the upcoming ones you already have.
From then on, saving, editing or deleting an appointment updates its event.
What the event contains
The title is client · service; the description holds the phone number and notes; the length is the appointment’s duration, or an hour if none was set.
Good to know
- One way only. The app never reads the calendar back — edit and cancel in the app.
- Only future appointments are added by Sync existing appointments; past ones stay in the app.
