Sync between iPhone and iPad with iCloud
Turn on iCloud Sync and every appointment, expense and day off appears on all your devices — through your own iCloud, with no account at the app.

Sync goes through the iCloud of the Apple Account signed into the device. The app never sees it; there is nothing to sign up for.
Steps
- Open Settings → Data & Sync → Sync Status.
- Turn on iCloud Sync. The first time, a short intro explains the three steps: turn it on, restart the app, wait for the first sync.
- Restart the app — the change takes effect on the next launch.
- Repeat on every device. Sync is switched on per device, not per account.
The status screen then shows Network, iCloud Account, Low Power Mode, and when data was last uploaded and last downloaded — the first places to look if something seems behind.
What syncs
- Appointments, expenses and their categories, days off, and other income.
- Not synced: settings. Language, currency, theme, accent colour, app icon, the My Services menu and the reminder template are set on each device.
Good to know
- Needs: an Apple Account signed into iCloud on the device, free iCloud space, and a network connection. Offline changes wait and sync when the connection is back.
- Pro is required. If the subscription ends, syncing pauses — the data stays on each device.
- Backups are separate. iCloud Sync mirrors the live database; the Back Up screen makes files. Both can be on.
