Change the app language

iPhone

1. Open Settings → Language & Region → Language.
2. Pick one of the 22: Arabic, Armenian, Chinese, Czech, Dutch, English, French, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Portuguese (Brazil), Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Ukrainian.
3. The interface switches immediately.

Android

1. Open Settings → Appearance → Language.
2. On Android 13 and newer this opens the system’s per-app language screen for My Clients; on older versions, the app’s own list, followed by a restart.
3. The picker offers 16 languages — Arabic, Bengali, English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swahili, Tagalog, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese. More translations (Czech, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Japanese, Georgian, Kazakh, Korean, Romanian, Thai, Chinese) are used automatically when the phone itself runs in that language.

Good to know

• Reminders to clients have their own language on iPhone — Settings → Clients reminders → Message language decides how dates and prices are written in the message, independent of the interface. See Customize the reminder message.
• Language is a device setting — it does not sync, and a new phone starts in the phone’s language.
