Build your service menu

My Services is your price list inside the app. Once a service is saved, choosing it in the appointment form fills in the price and the duration, so you stop typing “35” forty times a month.

Steps

1. Open Settings → My Services (on Android: Settings → Appointments → My Services).
2. Tap + and choose New Service. Give it a Name, a Duration and a Price. Save.
3. Or choose Create from past appointments — the app lists the service names it has seen in your history, and you tick the ones to keep.
4. Reorder the list by dragging (on Android, touch and hold a row first). The order is the order of the chips in the appointment form.

Good to know

• Up to 25 services can be saved. The footer of the screen shows the count.
• Editing or deleting a service changes nothing in the past. Appointments keep the price and duration they were created with.
• On iPhone, the switch Show recent services decides whether names you typed by hand (not saved in the menu) still appear as chips.
• On Android, swipe a service to the left to delete it — an Undo appears for a moment.
• Without Pro, the chips still offer names from your past appointments; the saved menu with prices and durations is the Pro part.
