Edit, reschedule or delete an appointment

How to change a time, move an appointment to another day, or delete one — and what happens to its reminder and calendar event.

Updated Sep 18, 2026

There is no drag-and-drop between days — rescheduling is a deliberate edit, which is what keeps the reminder and the calendar in step.

Change anything about an appointment

  1. Tap the appointment in the day’s list. On iPhone this opens the details screen; tap Edit in the top corner. On Android the form opens straight away.
  2. Change what you need — the date and time picker at the top moves it to another day, the rest of the form is the same one you filled in when you created it.
  3. Save. The reminder for you is rescheduled to the new time, and if calendar sync is on, the event in Apple Calendar or Google Calendar moves with it.

Rescheduling from the calendar view works the same way: open the day, tap the appointment, edit.

Delete an appointment

  • Swipe the row to the left. On iPhone a full swipe asks you to confirm; on Android the row disappears at once with an Undo button for a few seconds.
  • Or open the appointment: on iPhone Delete is the last row of the edit form, on Android it is in the long-press menu.

Deleting removes the income that came with the visit from your statistics, cancels its reminder and, with calendar sync on, removes the calendar event.

Copy an appointment (Android)

Long-press an appointment and choose Duplicate. A copy opens, moved one week ahead, so a weekly regular takes two taps to rebook. On iPhone the equivalent is Book again on the client’s page, which prefills a new appointment from the last visit — see Client profiles.

Good to know

  • A past appointment is edited the same way. The day strip only runs forward, so reach past days through the calendar view, the statistics, or the client’s history.
  • Editing a saved service in My Services never rewrites the appointments you already created with it — they keep the price they had.
