Appointments

Personal reminders next to your appointments

Order supplies, pay the rent, call the landlord — on iPhone a reminder is an appointment without a client, with its own notification and no effect on your income.

iOS only Updated Sep 18, 2026

Some things belong in the day’s list without being a client — the delivery that arrives at five, the tax appointment. On iPhone those are Reminders.

Steps

  1. Tap + on the Appointments tab.
  2. At the top of the form, switch from Appointment to Reminder.
  3. Give it a Title, a date and time, optionally a duration and notes. There is no price, prepay, tip or phone — a reminder has nothing to do with money.
  4. Save. It appears in the day’s list with its own icon, and you get a notification for it like for any appointment.

Good to know

  • Reminders never touch your numbers. They carry no price, so they add nothing to revenue; the widgets and Apple Calendar sync leave them out.
  • In the client list, the filter Events lets you hide them (the default), show them alongside clients, or list only them.
  • You can only choose the type when creating. An existing appointment stays an appointment.
  • On Android there is no reminder type; every entry in the day’s list is a client appointment.
