Reports for a period
A PDF summary of a period — income, deposits, tips, expenses by category, profit, work days and, if you want, every client visit — ready to send to your accountant.
Pro Updated Sep 18, 2026
The dashboard is for you; the report is for someone else — the accountant, the tax return, the landlord asking what the chair earns.
Steps
- Open Settings → Reports (on Android: Settings → Appointments → Reports).
- Choose the period: two weeks, this or last month, a quarter, this year, or custom dates.
- Tick what to include. On Android: Include expenses, Show client details (offered for ranges up to 31 days) and Number of work days.
- Generate — the report opens in the share sheet, so it can go straight to email, a chat or Files.
What the report contains
- Summary: total income, tips, other income, prepay, expenses (per category on iPhone), profit, number of appointments, unique clients, average price, work days.
- Client details: one line per visit — name, date, service, price (and tip on iPhone).
- Top clients (iPhone).
- A Generated by My Clients footer.
Good to know
- Reports are part of Pro. On Android the summary numbers are hidden and the PDF button is locked until you subscribe; on iPhone the gate is on Continue.
- For a spreadsheet, export CSV instead — see Export and import CSV. A report is a document; a CSV is data.
