Statistics by month, year or any period

Switch the dashboard to last month, a year, two weeks or a custom range; compare against the previous period and read the charts.

Pro Updated Sep 18, 2026

The dashboard opens on the current month. Every other period — and the comparison that comes with it — is one tap on the period button.

Steps

  1. On the Statistics tab, tap the period button in the top corner (it shows the current period’s name).
  2. Pick a month from the grid, a Year, or Date Range (Custom on Android) with a start and an end date. iPhone also offers 1 Week and 2 Weeks.
  3. The whole tab — revenue, appointments, expenses, profit, the calendar — switches to that period.

Comparing

The percentage beside the revenue compares the period with the one before it — for a month, the same number of days of the previous month, so a half-finished month is not compared with a whole one. Tap the percentage on iPhone for the explanation.

Charts (iPhone)

For a completed period of a week or more, two charts appear under the dashboard: a Revenue line with the peak marked, and Busiest day — your revenue by weekday. They only show once the period is over, so a running month is never judged early.

The statistics calendar

The Calendar row opens the month with a figure under every day, totals on top and a Month summary — best day, busiest and weakest day. Details in The calendar view.

Good to know

  • The current month is always free. Any other period is part of Pro; the app returns you to the current month when Pro ends.
  • Work days counts days that had an appointment; days off are not work days.
  • A period is remembered on iPhone between launches (with Pro).
