Bookings & calendar 6

  • How do I edit or cancel a booking?
Tap the booking in the list or on the calendar. The detail screen has Edit at the top and Delete at the bottom. Deleting also removes the income that came with that visit, and cancels its reminder.
  • How do I move a booking to another day or time?
Open the booking, tap Edit, change the date or time, then save. The reminder is rescheduled automatically, and if calendar sync is on, the event in your calendar moves with it.
  • How do I contact a client or change a booking quickly?
Press and hold any booking in the list — a quick-actions menu opens. From there you can:

Notify client — send a reminder about the upcoming visit.
Call or SMS — reach the client in one tap.
Edit — change the details of the booking.
    Delete — cancel the visit.
  • How do I mark a day as a day off?
On the Bookings screen, press and hold the day you want in the date strip at the top, then choose Mark as day off. The day is flagged straight away and shows as closed in the calendar. Hold it again to turn it back into a working day.
  • Can one booking include several services? iOS
On iPhone, yes: in the Service field tap every service the visit includes — the price and the duration add up for you, and a name that isn't in your list yet is added on the spot. On Android an appointment has one service line («Procedure»): a suggestion fills it in with one service; for two, type them together and set the price yourself. Settings → My Services keeps the menu you reuse.
  • Where is the month calendar?
Tap the calendar icon in the top bar of the Bookings screen, or on the Statistics screen, to see the month laid out — how loaded each day is, and where the gaps are. The calendar views are part of Pro.

Clients 3

  • Where do I see everything about one client?
Tap the people icon in the top bar (it sits on both the Bookings and the Statistics screen) to open your client list, then pick a name: every past and upcoming visit, what they paid, your notes, and a button to book them again.

On Android the Clients section is part of Pro.
  • How do I find clients who stopped coming?
Open the client list and use the filters at the top. You can narrow by how recently someone visited, how often they come, and how much they spend — which is the fastest way to pull out the regulars who have quietly drifted off, so you can message them.
  • Can I keep a client's Instagram? iOS
Yes. Paste the profile link into the booking when you create it — the app recognises Instagram and stores the handle with the client. After that, the link opens their profile in one tap, and Instagram appears as a channel when you send a reminder.

Money & reports 6

  • Where do I see what I earned?
The Statistics tab. Every booking carries its price, so the current day, week and month add themselves up as you work — that part is free. Choosing another month, the year or all time, and the profit, average check and trend figures, are part of Pro.
  • How do I record expenses?
Open the Statistics tab and tap Expenses. Log what a purchase cost and which category it belongs to (supplies, rent, transport — your own list), and the app subtracts them from your income so what you see is real profit rather than turnover. Part of Pro.
  • How do I set a monthly income goal?
On the Statistics dashboard, tap the monthly goal row and enter the number you are aiming at. From then on the month shows how far along you are, so a slow first week is something you notice in time to fix. Part of Pro.
  • How do I record a deposit or a tip?
Both live on the booking itself. Prepay holds a deposit taken up front, Tip holds what was added at the end, and the statistics count them separately from the service price — so a deposit doesn't get double-counted when the client finally comes in.
  • I need a report on my bookings or income
iPhone: Settings → Reports. Android: Settings → Appointments → Reports.

Pick the date range, choose what to include, and generate it as PDF or CSV. The file opens in the standard share sheet, so you can save it, print it, or send it to your accountant. Part of Pro.
  • How do I change the currency?
iPhone: Settings → Language & Region → Currency. Android: Settings → Appointments → Currency.

Changing it relabels the amounts you already have — it does not convert them at an exchange rate, so switch currency only if the old numbers were entered in the new one.

Reminders 4

  • Why aren't booking reminders arriving?
iPhone: open iOS Settings → Notifications → My Clients and confirm notifications are allowed. Then in the app, Settings → Notifications, check that a notification period is set.

Android: Settings → Notifications → Notifications runs a check for you — it finds the usual culprits, which are a blocked channel and battery optimisation putting the app to sleep. Allow the app to run in the background and reminders arrive on time.

Still nothing? Restart the app and create a test booking an hour out.
  • How do I change when a reminder fires?
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Notification period. Android: Settings → Notifications → Reminder period.

Choose 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours or a day before the visit. Bookings you already made keep the reminder they were created with — the new setting applies to the ones you make next.
  • Does the app remind my clients automatically?
No. The app reminds you about what is coming, and you decide who hears from you — nothing is ever sent in your name on its own.

To remind someone, press and hold their booking and tap Notify client. The message is already written, with the date, time and price filled in; pick WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Viber or SMS, or copy it and paste it anywhere. You press send.
  • Can I change the text of the client reminder?
iPhone: Settings → Clients reminders → Reminder message. Android: Settings → Notify clients → Reminder text.

Write it in your own voice and drop in the fields you want — {name}, {date}, {time} — and every message fills itself in. On iPhone you can also set the language the date and price are written in, which matters if you write to clients in a language other than the app's. Editing the template is part of Pro; the default message works for everyone.

Data & backup 7

  • Where is my data kept?
On your device, in the app. There is no account and no server of ours holding your client list — which is why the app works with no connection at all, and why nobody but you can read it. Copies exist only where you put them: your own iCloud on iPhone, or a backup file you keep on Android.
  • How do I make a backup?
iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Back Up → create a copy. Copies are also placed in your own iCloud when it is available, and the app keeps the most recent ones for you. Tap a copy to share it — sending it to yourself is the safest thing you can do with it.

Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Backup copies. The app keeps the last five on the phone; share one out to email, a chat or cloud storage so a copy exists somewhere other than that phone.
  • How do I restore from a backup?
iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Back Up, then pick a copy — one stored on the phone, or one downloaded from your iCloud — and restore it.

Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Backup copies, then tap the copy you want and restore. If the copy lives in your email or cloud storage, save it to the phone first.
  • How do I move everything to a new iPhone? iOS
With iCloud sync on there is nothing to move: install the app on the new phone, sign in with the same Apple Account, turn sync on in Settings → Data & Sync, and your clients, bookings and history arrive on their own.

Without sync: Settings → Data & Sync → Transfer Your Data, and follow the steps on screen. Everything — clients, bookings, income, settings — goes across.
  • How do I move everything to a new Android phone? Android
Through a backup. On the old phone: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Backup copies → create a copy, then share it to yourself (email, a chat, cloud storage). On the new phone: install the app, save that file to the device, then restore it from the same screen.

Do this while you still have the old phone in your hand — a backup that only exists on a phone you no longer own is no backup at all.
  • My data disappeared — what now?
This happens when the device runs critically low on storage and the system clears app data to free space. Restore the most recent backup: iPhone — Settings → Data & Sync → Back Up (copies in your iCloud are listed there too); Android — Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Backup copies.

To keep it from happening again, leave your phone some breathing room — delete unused apps and large videos when storage runs low — and keep one backup somewhere other than the phone.
  • Can I move between Android and iPhone, or import from another app?
    Yes, through a CSV file.

Export on the old side — iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Export CSV. Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Export CSV data.
Import on the new side — iPhone: Settings → Data & Sync → Import Data. Android: Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Import CSV data.

The same route brings in a client list from a spreadsheet or another scheduling app. If a file won't go in cleanly, send it to us through the form below and we will sort it out.

Sync 5

  • How do I use the app on my iPhone and iPad at once? iOS
Turn on iCloud sync in Settings → Data & Sync, on each device, signed in to the same Apple Account. Clients, bookings, history and income then travel both ways within seconds. Display settings — theme, accent, grid size — stay per device on purpose, so a tablet on the desk and a phone in your apron can look different.

Worth knowing: sync is not a backup. It copies deletions faithfully, so keep making backups as well. Part of Pro, and it needs an Apple Account with some free iCloud space.
  • Something I added on one device isn't on the other iOS
Reopen the app on the device that is missing it — that is what pulls the latest changes in. If it still hasn't arrived, check Settings → Data & Sync → Sync Status: it tells you plainly whether you are signed in to iCloud, whether there is a connection, whether iCloud storage is full, and when data was last uploaded and downloaded. Low Power Mode also delays syncing.
  • How do I get my bookings into Apple Calendar? iOS
Settings → Apple Calendar → turn sync on and allow calendar access. From then on every booking appears in a separate calendar named after the app, titled with the client and the service, spanning the real duration — and it moves when you move the booking.

It runs one way: bookings flow into the calendar, and events you create in the calendar do not come back into the app. Part of Pro.
  • How do I get my bookings into Google Calendar? Android
Settings → Appointments → Google Calendar → turn sync on, grant the calendar permission, and choose which calendar the bookings should land in. There is also an option to backfill the bookings you already have, so the calendar isn't empty until your next booking.

It runs one way: bookings flow into the calendar, not the other way round. Part of Pro.
  • Can I use the same data on two Android devices? Android
Not continuously — live sync between devices is currently an iPhone and iPad feature. On Android you can move your data across with a backup file (Settings → Storage → Data and Storage → Backup copies), but the two devices then go their separate ways, so pick one as the phone you actually book on.

Subscription 4

  • What is free, and what needs Pro?
Free, with no limits and no expiry:
    • Unlimited clients and bookings, with full visit history
    • The daily schedule, day-off marking and rebooking
    • Reminders for you before every visit
    • Client reminders you send yourself, with the standard message
    • What each visit earned, for the current day, week and month
    • Backups and restore, and it all works offline

    Pro adds:
    • Calendar views — a month of workload at a glance
    • Statistics for any period: profit, average check, trends
    • Expenses, monthly income goals, income from other sources
    • PDF and CSV reports and export
    • Home-screen and lock-screen widgets
    • Sync between your devices, and with your phone calendar
    • Your own reminder template, accent colors, alternative app icons
    • No ads

The split differs slightly between platforms — on Android the client list is part of Pro.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
The store handles it, not the app.

iPhone: iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → My Clients → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → My Clients → Cancel.

Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing you entered is deleted when it ends — the Pro features simply lock again.
  • I paid, but the app still shows ads and locks features
Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases — after a reinstall or on a new phone, that is usually all it takes.

If it changes nothing, check that the device is signed in to the same Apple Account or Google account you paid with; a second family account is the usual explanation. Still stuck? Write to us below with the store account's country and roughly when you paid, and we will track the purchase down.
  • The payment won't go through
Payment is handled entirely by the store, and in some countries the store restricts it.

App Store: attach a card issued in the country your Apple Account is set to. If they don't match, Apple's guide to changing your country or region walks through the switch.
Google Play: attach a card that matches your Play country, or top up your balance with a Google Play gift card. The country can be changed in Google Play → Settings → General → Account and device preferences → Country, and Google makes you wait at least 90 days between changes.

If none of that works, write to us — we would rather hear about it than lose you to a payment screen.

App & appearance 3

  • How do I change the app's language?
iPhone: Settings → Language & Region → Language. Android: Settings → Appearance → Language.

The app's language is set inside the app, so it doesn't have to match your phone's — handy if you prefer your system in one language and your work in another.
  • Dark theme, accent color, widgets — where are they?
Theme (light, dark, or follow the system) is free: iPhone — Settings → Appearance; Android — Settings → Appearance → Theme.

Accent color and alternative app icons are in the same place on iPhone, as part of Pro.

Widgets are added the standard way — press and hold your home screen, tap +, and find My Clients. Today's bookings, your next appointment and the month's income can sit on the home screen, and on iPhone on the lock screen too. Part of Pro.
  • Why am I seeing ads?
Ads are what keep the free version genuinely free rather than limited to ten clients. They never touch your data — your client list stays on your phone.

A Pro subscription removes them completely, and that is the shortest description of what the money buys: no ads, and the calendar, statistics, reports and sync unlocked.
